Getting started with Hublitics
Add your first client, employee, and job in 5 minutes.

Hublitics is built around four ideas that flow into each other: clients, employees, jobs, and invoices.
To get going:
1. Add a client (Clients → New). Name + email is enough; payment terms default to 14 days.
2. Add yourself or your team (Employees → New). Pay rate is what you cost. Billable rate is what you charge customers. Different concepts, both required for accurate margin maths.
3. Create a job (Jobs → New). Pick the billing model that matches reality — Time & materials, Fixed price, Retainer, or Milestone.
4. Log time and expenses against the job as you go.
5. Click "Bill from job" on the job detail page. Tick which lines to include. Watch the live margin panel show whether you're making money. Save the invoice.
If the customer is paying you, click "Mark fully paid" on the invoice page.
That's the whole loop.
