Why this way
We charge per business, not per user
Most operations tools charge per user. That penalises you for hiring. A 12-person plumbing firm pays £336/month on Tradify Pro before features. Want a part-time bookkeeper to log in? That's another seat.
We charge a flat fee per workspace. Add your whole team, your accountant, your office manager — the price stays the same. You're paying for the software, not for the privilege of letting someone use it.
The trade-off: the free Solo tier is capped (1 user, 5 clients, 10 invoices a month). Pro at £25/month lifts the caps and covers up to 5 users; Business at £65/month is unlimited users — the price stays flat however big the team.
FAQ
Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. We don’t take card details until you decide to subscribe at the end of the 14 days. You will not be auto-charged.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancellation is one click in Settings → Billing. Your data stays accessible for 30 days, you can export everything as CSV or JSON, then we delete it.
Where is my data stored?
In the UK / EU on Supabase Pro infrastructure. Encrypted at rest with rotated keys. Daily backups retained for 30 days.
Do you support multiple businesses?
One workspace per business in v1. Multiple-businesses-per-account is on the roadmap.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time. Pro-rata applied on the next invoice.
Is GDPR a concern?
Hublitics is GDPR-compliant by design. Self-service data export and deletion are available in Settings.
